Ticket Registration details for the North American Festival of Wales, August 27 - September 1, 2025
Most Festival activities will be held at The Delta Hotel City Centre Ottawa unless otherwise noted

Pre-Register online below (until 8/25/25) or on-site at Delta Hotel City Centre (8/27 - 8/31/25)
Festival registration is reflected in US and Canadian prices on separate forms below,

A Festival Day-Pass is required* to gain entry to most daytime weekend programming 9am - 5pm.
Seminars / Cinema Wales / Marketplace / Tearoom | Eisteddfod  &  Eisteddfod Concert (details to come) 
Theatre Production / Additional Daytime Festival Highlights / The 93rd Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu
*, Evening Events,  Meals and Tours are ticketed separately.
  • *No Pass or ticket is required for WelshFest, the Opening Ceremony and Sunday Worship Service
  • Tickets and Festival Day Passes will be available onsite at The Delta Hotel Ottawa
  • Sunday ~ Gymanfa Ganu, by donation ~ at the door,
  • Taste of Wales, Tours, Meals, Workshops, and Evening Events - tickets sold individually
Festival Day-Pass ~ Required for most daytime activities between 8am and 5pm
  • Festival Day Pass (Adult) for Friday and Saturday
  • 1-Day Festival Pass for Friday or Saturday
  • Youth Festival Pass ~ under 18 or with student ID:  - includes entry to Thursday and Saturday evening plus Friday-Sunday daytime activities. Excludes meals, tours and Friday Banquet
Events Held Off-Site: 
  • Thursday WelshFest ~  held at the Historic Sparks Street 
  • Saturday Grand Concert  & Sunday Gymanfa Ganu ~held Christchurch Cathedral, 414 Sparks Street,
                                                                                                        a five minute walk from the Delta Hotel
Separate tickets are required for evening events ~
Thursday Opening Concert / Friday NAWF Award Banquet / Saturday Grand Concert / Meals / Tours
  • Pre-registrants may pick up their packets, including name tags and tickets to evening events, at the Festival Registration Desk.  See hours below
  • Table selections for banquet seating are done during the hours the Registration Desk is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  To be seated at the same table, groups must have all tickets together at the time of table assignments. 

Registration Hours: August 27 - August 31, 2025 - Pick up ticket packets and reserve banquet seating.
  • Wednesday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
  • Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm.
  • Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm.
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Sunday: 1:30,  at the door of the church
Any donations received after August 17, 2025 will be printed in a future HWYL newsletter.
