REGISTER & BUY TICKETS FOR NAFOW
for the North American Festival of Wales, September 3 - September 6, 2020
at the
DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center
online (by August 28) - mail in ( by August 1) - or- on site (begins September 2-6, see registration hours)
A Festival Day-Pass is required to gain entry to most daytime programming Friday and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

No ticket is required for the Opening Ceremony and Sunday Worship Service.
Evening Events, Thursday Cinema, Masterclass, Meals and Tours are ticketed separately.

Daytime Festival Pass Prices for September 3 - 6, 2020
Required for most daytime activities between 8am and 5pm

3-Day Festival Pass for Friday/Saturday/Sunday: $80.00
2-Day Festival Pass for Friday/Saturday: $70.00
2-Day Festival Pass for Saturday/Sunday: $45.00
1-Day Festival Pass for Friday or Saturday: $35.00

Pre-registrants may pick up their packets, including name tags and tickets to evening events, at the Festival Registration Desk. See hours

Table selections for banquet seating are done during the hours the Registration Desk is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  To be seated at the same table, groups must have all tickets together at the time of table assignments. 
Tickets and Festival Day Passes will be available onsite at DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center.
Free entrance for youth under 18 or with student ID.

Sunday only ~ Gymanfa Ganu Tickets ~ at the door,
The Church of the Holy Trinity, 1904 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
  • Admission to the Gymanfa Ganu is included  in a 3-day Festival Pass and the 2-day Saturday/Sunday Pass (Sunday tickets good for both afternoon and evening cymanfa sessions.) 
  • Youth 18 and under or with student ID  ~ Free.
Tours, Meals, Workshops, and Evening Event Prices ~ Tickets sold individually and not included in the Festival Day Pass.

A weekend shuttle bus will be available to and from the Saturday Grand Concert and the Sunday Gymanfa Ganu 
(held 1/2 mile from the hotel) but must be reserved in advance ~ $10 per person.
